Can't Seem To Find The Bugger Infecting And Lurking In My Pc...[RESOLVED]

I have been quite diligent in the past with what I allow to come into my pc. Unfortunately, something made it's way in there and I can't seem to find it. I have run malwarebytes, it isn't detecting it. I have run my AVG antivirus, not detecting it. My spyware terminator is having the same results. I am having unusual activity, (i.e. my internet explorer is EXTREMELY slow upon loading pages, I occassionally get bizzare pop-ups that I DO NOT click on and have to shut down IE in Processes, and a bunch of other typical Virus-like syptoms) The only guess that I have is that I obtained this by clicking on a link in a forums or something of the like.

I could not get the comedian.exe downloaded, I am guessing my security settings were not allowing it in. Please let me know if I need to adjust something and if this step is absolutely necessary.
