ashwin Posted December 25, 2008 Report Share Posted December 25, 2008 (edited) Does anyone know what is needed to make MS Works Suite 2006Task Launcer work to open MS Word when MS Office 2007 has been removed from the install - uninstall menu?I've tried it both ways- with and without the other MS Office related software installed, in case they were needed. I don't know if I need to remove something fromMS Office program files or add something else from microsoft.As the Suite was installed I saw some reference to a Hot fix, butstill no luck opening Word through the task launcher.The window says the program cannot be opened, may havebeen moved or deleted...The other items in the Suite, like Digital Camera, open through the task launcer.XP Pro, sp2, Any help apreciated.Ashwin Edited December 25, 2008 by ashwin Quote Link to post Share on other sites
