alewismclean Posted June 16, 2007 Report Share Posted June 16, 2007 Hi there, ive had this problem with my laptop for a while now but have just gave up on it! Everytime i switch it on it will ask to start in Safe Mode, Run Windows Normally or on the last knowen settings, but no matter what I chose the screen will come up "Windows XP" with the loading bar, then restart automatically, can anyone tell me what may be wrong with it? shanenin Posted June 16, 2007 Report Share Posted June 16, 2007 Its hard to say what caused it, I have clients ask me that question all the time. I am never quite sure how to answer. I would guess data has gotten corrupted on the hardrive. More likely then not, you hardware, in particular, the harddrive is still in good condition. Simply reloading windows should fix the problem.
