Net-Integration is not sending any spam but only appears to be doing so. The net-integration domain account account was disabled for the majority of the day while the source of the spamming was sought. The ISP (http://pisem.net) that is hosting malware was notified several hours ago and they have not done anything about it so far.
Let it be clarified that Net-Integration does not appear to have been hacked which seems to be a widespread comment. Logs are being reviewed to determine if source can be identified and we will keep all posted.

Thank you very much tashi
@TeMerc
Attention Net-Integration forum members!!!Several members of net-integration forums ( »forums.net-integration.net ) received multiple identical e-mails with a link to a trojan. Just a moment after I reported this issue, the forum got hacked. When run, this trojan copies itself to C:\Windows\csrss.exe and also drops the file C:\Windows\dll.dll. The actual trojan is a password stealer that will attempt to grab your ICQ, email account, dialup and other passwords. Any found passwords are mailed to two russian email addresses. If an Internet connection is available, the trojan will attempt to download and execute further files from a Hungarian web site. Unfortunately these files are no longer available and so could not be analyzed.
All above quotes from this DSLR thread

am looking for a good place to move this - I think Security Alerts is better than

I will look around and move in short time!

July 21, 2005
Folks I know this will come as a bit of a shock to some of you, but the TDS software line is to be discontinued, effective immediately. This is one of the biggest decisions I've ever had to make as the director of DiamondCS, so it was not a decision that was taken lightly, but a decision that will ultimately benefit you, our customers. For a full understanding, please read on.
So why on earth did we make a crazy decision like this?!? I hear you ask...

When a Russian design firm broke the news of its OLED keyboard on Thursday, July 14, geeks everywhere were tickled with delight. Rather than tradition keys that feature printed characters, each key on the Optimus keyboard contains a small OLED display that can be set to display whatever the user requires. Want to seamlessly switch between English and Chinese characters? Go from Photoshop shortcuts to Quake inputs in a flash? Art. Lebedev, the company behind the Optimus keyboard, is the biggest design firm in Russia, with work in website promotion, corporate identities, and product design. We chatted with its founder and director of development for the Optimus, Artemy Lebedev, to get some answers to everyone’s most burning questions.

Please help us test 1.0.6 builds
We are getting ready to release Firefox 1.0.6, Thunderbird 1.0.6, and Mozilla Suite 1.7.10 to address some API issues in the Firefox and Thunderbird 1.0.5 releases and we would like some help from our testing community.
Things to look for in these builds:
*Extensions that interact with web content and events - test on a wide variety of content types
*For Thunderbird, please test the Enigmail Extension
*Test extensions that you normally use to make sure that they function properly
Please post any issues that you find to this blog. Thanks!

Warning: Pre-Release Software for Knowlegeable Testers Only!

Just days after the releases of Mozilla Firefox 1.0.5 and Mozilla Thunderbird 1.0.5, it appears likely that
1.0.6 versions of the two applications could be coming as early as next week. It is understood that API changes in 1.0.5 unintentionally broke some extensions.
In comment 45 of bug 300028, Rafael Ebron said yesterday, "We received feedback on 1.0.5 from distributors and extension developers on API changes that affected them (not a security issue), so we're looking at a 1.0.6 to fix it." It is known that the Enigmail PGP extension for Thunderbird does not work in version 1.0.5.
