Because you are having trouble copy & pasteing i want you to open a notepad on your computer. Then type anything into it, then go to the top left corner, click the tab EDIT, click "Select All", go back to tab EDIT and click Copy, then come here to Besttechie and click once into the box Reply to Topic, then if the cursor is flashing, right click mouse then choose paste ! Cassi Clean up with OTL Right-click OTL.exe and select " Run as administrator " to run it. This will remove all the tools we used to clean your pc. Close all other programs apart from OTL as this step will require a reboot On the OTL main screen, press the CleanUp! button Say Yes to the prompt and then allow the program to reboot your computer. You can now delete any tools we used if they remain on your Desktop. Run it a few days then let me know if it's running any better & if the problems have stopped !! Thanks Chuck
