Mine has an option to change the channel. I had to change it because something in the room was making mine do odd things. Anyway did that and the problem went away. I don't know if all of them have this option or not. Mine is a Logitec Wireless.....

Well I installed the Windows version and the dictionary. I chose the rt click option on install. When I answer a post it is right there in the rt click context menu and it works just fine......

Maybe try this go to Start/Run/cmd and on the command line type ipconfig /flushdns......this will clear out the dns cache......
